Elections Information
Elections for the 2025/2026 Booster Board of Directors will take place at our Annual General Meeting on May 4, 2025.
Process
March 30, 2025:
Nominations Open. Individuals can be self-nominated or nominated by
someone else. Click here to nominate yourself or someone else.
April 13, 2025:
Nominations Close. Nominees who have been nominated by
someone else will be contacted and will have the option to accept
or decline their nomination.
April 20, 2025:
Nominees' deadline to provide a photo and bio.
April 27, 2025:
Photos & Bios of all Nominees will be posted for current
booster members to review.
May 10, 2025:
Elections will take place at our Annual General Booster Meeting which will be
held during registration for High School Marching Band on May 10th.
This will be a come & go meeting. We'll have a packet to give each member with financials, reports, etc. and will also have ballots which will be used for both voting in the election and approving the minutes from the last general meeting. Exact timing TBD.
We must have a quorum for our vote to be official.
Eligibility
You must be a current Booster Member in good standing to be eligible to run for a seat on the Booster Board of Directors. If you are not a current member, you can still join before nominations close. Booster Memberships are not pro-rated and will need to be renewed for the 2025/2026 year after elections take place.

Open Seats
Our Board of Directors has seven seats. Terms are two years in length. Even numbered seats expire on even numbered years, odd numbered seats expire on odd numbered years.
For the 2025/2026 year we have four seats open for election (1, 3, 5 & 7).
The General Booster Membership votes on seat appointments and then the new Booster Board of Directors determine who will be in each position. Positions are President, Vice-President One, Vice-President Two, Vice-President Three, Vice-President Four, Secretary, and Treasurer.
Positions can only be held for 2 consecutive years.
